ARE YOU RECEIVING YOUR GAME ATTENDANCE EMAILS?

Just checking in to make sure you’re receiving and replying to your game attendance emails.

Proper attendance responses help us keep the games well-balanced and fair. We aim to have at least two full lines per team — if we come up short, we’ll call in some help to fill the gaps.

Please take a moment to check your inbox (and junk/spam folders) for the weekly attendance messages and respond as soon as possible!  If you are not recieving them check your junk or spam - if not there - contact us at funhockey@gmail.com and we will check it out.

Keep Your BSHL Emails Out of Junk Mail!

To make sure you’re getting your game attendance emails every week, please take these quick steps:

1. Mark the League Emails as Safe

• Add these addresses to your contacts or “Safe Senders” list:

  • bshlhockey51@gmail.com

  • funhockey@gmail.com

2. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

• If you see a BSHL message there:

  • Open it, and click “Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox.”

  • This tells your email provider it’s safe.

3. Gmail Users

• If using Gmail, also check the Promotions or Updates tab.

  • Drag any BSHL email into your Primary tab, and click “Yes” when it asks if you want future messages there.

4. Apple Mail or iPhone

• If a message goes to Junk: open it → tap “Move to Inbox”.

• Then add the sender to your VIP list (tap the sender name → “Add to VIP”).

5. Outlook or Hotmail

• Right-click a BSHL email → “Junk” → “Not Junk.”

• Then click “Add Sender to Safe Senders List.”
